Life.
But as so many have pointed out, it takes work.
Life is one of those funny things that what you put into it, is what you get out of it.
It also gives you to chance to grow. More often than not, that also involves work. I had to learn to let people into my life. And the result of having friends I trusted and could relate to was like watering a tree. My life began to grow in ways I never expected.
Example?
Writing. I never once thought I had anything worth saying. I never thought I’d become a novelist.
Why?
I didn’t have the courage to try.
But my lovely bride and friends convinced me I had something worth saying.
So, I took the chance. A younger version of me wouldn’t have.
But the older learned courage to try.
But like I said, it takes work.
Do the work. You’ll be thankful you did.
