How odd, but I have a character in my novels that’s exactly that. He’s an assistant DA. he gets by just fine on one to two hours sleep a day. His kids are just like him. Of course, his sleep patterns and theirs destroyed the only marriage he’s ever had.
So, while the rest of the world is sleeping, they’re up reading. studying. gardening. You know, just what everyone else would do when they’re awake, but having more time to do it in.
I’d probably spend it writing and doing my audio books which I’d like to do. The problem with doing things in the daytime is there’s too many distractions.
Night, it’s all you. The world is quiet. It’s up to you to fill it with meaning.
