Oddly, I don’t buy myself a lot of personal items. Years of being in the military and college taught me if I can’t put it into a backpack, I don’t need it.

That said, if I were to look at the most expensive personal item, then we’re talking my duster. That cost plenty, and I don’t wear it enough. My boots are good quality leather boots and set me back a souple of hundred, but then I’ve owned them for decades now. Follow that with my Colt 1911 pistol.

But then, I can carry all that stuff.
