Daily writing prompt
What’s a topic or issue about which you’ve changed your mind?

Picture it.

You’re on the Titanic.

Unlike most everyone, you know you’ve hit an iceberg.

The ship has hours to live and so do a fair number of the people aboard.

What do you do?

Do you fight for a place on the lifeboats?

Or do you spend your time telling people how to get to the lifeboats.

Once upon a time, I rarely spoke about God, Jesus, the Bible. Their beliefs were their beliefs and they’re entitled to them.

They still are.

What do you when your world comes to an end and you didn’t die with it. Click on the cover picture to learn more of this book.

But there’s something big coming at each and everyone of us. We call it Death and it’s the great equalizer. It comes for the rich and poor, the famous and the unknown alike. It’s touched people we know. And it did a very good job of upending the lives of those left behind.

And then there’s just the process of living. What does that look like. How do we make our lives better.

So, I talk about God.

I talk about Jesus.

And I talk about finding your way not only to the lifeboats, but around the ship.

You see, I’ve got my seat on the lifeboat.

And I’ll tell you is how to get to navigate the Titanic and how to get to the lifeboat stations.

Sadly, I can’t make you get in the boats or even to go to the stations.

That’s left up to you.

All I can do is tell you how to get there and what to do when you do.
