What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

Pretty simple.

I try not to live with my cellphone. When I’m off, I’m off. I’m a firm believer in being able to reach out and touch someone. Mauling them is a whole different matter and cellphones make that way to easy.

I spend at least a half hour with myself.

I spend as much time as I can with the Love of my Life, the puppies, and outside.

I enjoy munching on nuts.

I watch my weight and blood sugar.

I drink lots of water. I’ve a thirty-ounce drinking bottle and I’ll easily go through eight to ten of those a day.

I never miss breakfast.
