On what subject(s) are you an authority?

I used to think of myself as an expert on computers. I mean I’ve been in it for years.

I used to think I was an authority on history.

I used to think I was an authority on the Bible.

Today, my definition of an authority on a subject is the same as my definition of an Expert. Someone who knows absolutely nothing about everything.

I’m amazed at how little I really know.
