Daily writing prompt
What’s your favorite thing about yourself?

My parents called it stubbornness.

My superiors called it tenacity.

I call it both a blessing and a curse.

Give me a problem no one else can solve and I put my heart and soul into it. I will find a solution or let them know it’s impossible. And it doesn’t matter how long it takes. I will find that.

Or do something everyone else would call “Stupid.” I’m thinking of little things like running a marathon. Or doing a road march that will probably leave you limping. I’ll push that envelope.

That’s the blessing.

Now the curse.

I’ll drag myself through hell to pull it out the other side.
