Two Key Lessons I Learn Each Day

At the risk of sounding cavalier, it’s a lesson I’ve learned over and over. It’s not that I don’t get it right. It’s just one of those things that is new everyday,

What’s that thing I learn everyday?

Actually, there’s two.

Lesson one: I don’t know everything. I read constantly. I research always. and what I’ve learned is no matter how much I learn, there’s always so much more.

Lesson two: I can’t do it by myself. I need help. Help comes from two sources:

• Julie – It’s a lesson I’ve learned the hard way. She’s my sounding board. My muse. If I have an idea, I talk to her about it. It’s something I relearn everyday.
• God – I’m trying to do the impossible. But what’s impossible for me, isn’t for Him. It’s another lesson I learn everyday.
