Even if you have your book purchased by a major publishing house, you’ll still find you (unless you happen to be Stephen King) have to market yourself.
That said, I have a little interview happening Sunday, 18 Aug 24 at 7: 15 AM on Valley Views, KSLV Radio, Monte Vista, Colorado.
KSLV and I have a long history, going all the way back to 1982. I was a often guest on their Valley Views show while working emergency management as I attempted to impart preparedness information to the residents of the San Luis Valley.
With the publication of Broken People, the third book in The Lawman series, and since the series happens in the San Luis Valley, it only seemed right that I reach out to them. Surprisingly, they reached back and the interview was accomplished quickly and easily using Zoom.
Here’s the times:
KSLV. 96.5 FM, The Fox. 7:15AM.
KYDN. 95.3 FM, Country. 7:30AM.
KBGV. 1240 AM & 101.3 FM. Sports Talk. 2:30PM (subject to game preemption).
The interview can also be listened to via the radio stations live streams, at the times listed above:
KSLV: https://streamdb9web.securenetsystems.net/cirrusencore/KSLV
KYDN: https://streamdb9web.securenetsystems.net/cirrusencore/KYDN
KBGV: https://streamdb9web.securenetsystems.net/cirrusencore/KBGV
I will receive a copy of the interview and have it posted on my website sometime next week.
